My favorite supplement? Collagen.
Why? It’s so easy to add to soups, smoothies, and hot drinks... and it truly makes me feel good! Check out this blog for more information about collagen. But in the meantime, here is one of my favorite ways to use it:
Heat 1 to 1 ½ cups of cold brewed coffee on stove top or in microwave. Blend hot coffee with one scoop of multi collagen, 1 teaspoon of goat butter and optional 5 drops of vanilla stevia until well blended and frothed. La voila!
