Mother’s Day is around the corner and one of my favorite ways to celebrate being a mom is by making food with my children. Besides creating meaningful connections while preparing food together, it is also shown that cooking with my children provides them with a much better chance to stay healthy throughout their life!
For your enjoyment and to help you celebrate Mother’s Day together, I’m sharing below one of my very simple anti-inflammatory recipes that you and even the youngest of your children or grandchildren can make together in less than 5 minutes. Enjoy your time together and cheers to your health!

- 8 oz chilled sparkling water
- 1 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice (or lime juice)
- 10 drops of liquid vanilla stevia (Sweet leaf brand). Use less according to preference.
- 1 pinch of fresh mint, chopped finely (optional)
Pour the sparkling water in a glass. Add the rest of ingredients and stir.
Enjoy this very refreshing and sweet treat!
