Anti-inflammatory Trader Joes Shopping List!

Shopping for food can take quite a bit of planning and time if you are cooking anti-inflammatory meals at home. And then there is the issue of very limited items to choose from in the supermarket. So to freshen up your grocery list, I thought I’d share with you a few (hopefully) new finds for you from my Trader Joe’s shopping list!

My favorite TJ's quick snack at the moment: Sliced sweet potato rounds (Japanese sweet potatoes if they have them) topped with Everything but the Bagel Seasoning! So simple and delicious - slice the sweet potato into rounds, toss some avocado oil in the pan, cook the rounds for a couple of minutes on each side (or pop them in the toaster oven) and top with this delicious seasoning!
