Avocado and Tortilla Snack
- 2 Kai Tortillas
- ½ of an avocado
- Dulse flakes (optional)
1. Heat up two tortillas in your toaster.
2. While tortillas heat up, find a ripe avocado in your fridge (where you store several ripe avocados for moments of unprepared hunger incidents like this). Halve and slice avocados. When tortillas are warm, lay tortillas on paper towel on counter (no time for plates now) and top each with slices of ¼ of avocado. Sprinkle with dulse flakes and salt and then run, with folded up tortillas in paper towels, out of your house. You made it! You defeated the banana!
- 1 ½ cups organic cold pressed coffee
- 1 tsp goat butter
- 1 scoop Multi collagen
- 5 drops vanilla Stevia (optional)
Heat 1 to 1 ½ cups of cold brewed coffee on stove top or in microwave. Blend hot coffee with one scoop of multi collagen, 1 teaspoon of goat butter and optional 5 drops of vanilla stevia until well blended and frothed. La voila!
Blanched Almond Butter Log
Mix together blanched almond butter powder with a little water to make a thick paste (or use your homemade almond butter). Cut ends of celery and fill the celery stalks with almond butter. Ready to eat and go!
